- Senior Solutions Specialist: conducts impartial investigations and resolution processes involving allegations of sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, student code violations, and related matters involving students, faculty, or staff. Responsibilities include interviewing parties and witnesses, collecting and organizing evidence, and producing high-quality, timely investigation reports with clear fact-finding, credibility assessments, and policy analysis as applicable.

- Senior Investigator: maintained a caseload of discrimination, harassment, sexual and relationship violence, stalking, and retaliation investigations; assisted with the creation and implementation of supportive and/or interim measures; participated in hearing and adjudication processes; created and facilitated compliance trainings; hired, onboarded and supported office’s investigator; served as the designated back up in the absence of the director.
New York City Department of Education Chancellor's Office of Special Investigations (2009-2012)
- Assistant Director of Training & Education: maintained an investigative caseload of priority cases; supervised a team of investigators assigned to provide oversight to school personnel carrying out low-level investigations; conducted training sessions; served as a liaison and office spokesperson; edited staff work.
- Supervising Investigator: maintained an investigative caseload; oversaw a team of investigators focused on press and priority cases; edited staff work.
- Confidential Investigator: investigated allegations made against Department of Education employees of improper and unlawful behavior, including corporal punishment and verbal abuse.
New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board (2001-2005)
- Level II Investigator: investigated allegations of police misconduct (including excessive force, abuse of authority, discourtesy, and offensive language) by completing fieldwork, interrogating police officers, and preparing court-ready reports; mentored junior investigators; received training through the agency's mediation department in addition to graduating from the NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau training.
